The calculation of BMI is not a good indicator that you have a healthy and normal weight, instead there is a much faster and easier way to find out if you need to cut weight in just 30 seconds.
For this test you need a rope and only a few procedures to get to the right answer:
1. With a rope measure your height by rolling out the rope from your feet to the top of your head.
2. The part of the rope by which you measured the height divide it in half.
3. Wrap it around your waist.
4. If you can tap the ends of the rope, then you have a healthy weight, and if the edges barely touch it’s time for a diet.
