As a basic commodity of this Chicken Diet is chicken. The diet is held from 7 to 14 days and you will lose from 10-20 pounds. The advantage of this diet is that it is a good eliminator of cellulite and fatty deposits around the abdomen.
Allowed foods that should prevail in the daily diet menu; chicken meat and turkey that you can combine with a green salad (cucumber, broccoli, tomato, pepper peas, Swiss chard radish, onions etc.) as well as low-calorie fruit (apple, pear, plum, kiwi, apricot).
The chicken diet is also called a protein diet because it contains a great deal of proteins so while you are on the diet you will not feel hunger and still lose weight.
1 slice of whole-grain bread with peanut butter or
2 boiled eggs combined with 50 grams of boiled chicken.
1 cup of juice pressed orange or lemon (no sugar).
1 fruit (apple, orange or kiwi).
350 grams of roasted chicken combined with a plate of vegetable salad of cucumbers and tomatoes and half onion or
350 grams of boiled chicken topped with olive oil and lemon juice combined with lettuce.
Green salad with radishes and onions or
1 slice of whole wheat bread and 1 boiled egg.
If you experience hunger between meals take 1 apple, kiwi or orange, or a dish of chicken soup.
