Day 5

Breakfast: 1 cup of milk, butter, jam, bread

Food that you should avoid:

Sausages, bacon, salami, snacks, savory meats, salty cheese, fried food, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks, ice cream, canned soups, strong spices and spicy food, as well lots of coffee.
