Have you ever thought that even with standby between exercises you will make your body perfectly shaped and defined? Yes, there are simple and fast workouts for your body that without resting and investing any effort you will get the desired muscle tone, great vitality and energy.
To achieve the desired effect it is necessary to stay in this position at least 5-30 seconds, depending on the resilience and to repeat these exercises 4 to 5 times a week.
“Exercises at rest”:
1. Butterfly Wings
Lie on your back and bent your knees on the wall. Buttocks slightly detached from the floor. Rest your leg like on the image, while your hands are leaned on your stomach. Then change the leg.
Place the hands on the abdomen and touch the wall with your butt. Spread your legs, if you can, in an angle of 90 degrees. Stand on your leg for approximately 5-30 seconds and change the leg which weights.
Straighten both legs and place them against the wall. Stretch your hands like you are trying to touch your feet. Hold this position for a few seconds, then change the position.
Lift your legs like in a candle position. One foot touches the wall, and the other one your head. Hold your back with hands. Repeat this with the other leg as well.
Lie on the floor with raised body and leaning hands. Stretch your feet as much as you can. Put the whole weight on your shoulders. Hold in this position for a few seconds, and then rest.
To have the desired results from these exercises, repeat them 10 times, 4 to 5 times a week.
By practicing these exercises by being still, from 1-2 months the results will be visible, namely you will get a strengthened and defined body. Muscle tone gradually strengthens, body shapes and without any additional investment of effort and extra exercise.
